From Seoul, with joy

You wish.
Santa delivers.

The real thing — at the deal Santa hunted down.

Santa's got a note for you

Hi, we're Santa Here. 👋

We want to be the kind of Santa who actually lives in Korea.

We've seen how hard it can be to find a K-product you want, or how much more you end up paying for it than you would in Korea.

So we're here to help you get the K-products you want, safely and affordably.

We hope this brings you joy.

What Santa Here wants is to help you get real value

Our fee is 10% of the purchase amount. That's 10% on top of the sale price or the deal we hunted down — no markup added. Even with the fee, it's often cheaper than buying it yourself from abroad. If you find it cheaper somewhere else, please tell us — we'll dig into how that's possible, and work to make sure you can't find a cheaper deal.

We'd rather help you make a purchase you're actually happy with than push you to buy one more thing. So we don't dress up products with flashy images or hype-y marketing copy. Instead, we give you the information you need to decide, backed by concrete facts. Same with reviews — instead of only the glowing ones, we curate a mix of reviews people found genuinely helpful, with ratings spread across the range.

Right now, since we're just starting out, we have no choice but to charge domestic and international shipping at exactly what they cost, but as Santa Here grows, we intend to bring this cost down, and eventually remove it altogether.

Here's how our fee works

Our fee is 10% of the total purchase amount.

Examples

- Buy a $30 product, and the fee is $3.

- Add a $20 cream and a $30 foundation together, and the fee is $5 — 10% of the $50 total.

Here's how shipping works

Domestic shipping has a set fee per store, and it's free above a certain amount.

Examples

- Olive Young is 2,500 KRW, free above 25,000 KRW.

International shipping depends on your country and weight. Since we can't know your order's exact total weight until checkout, we've grouped the carrier's rates into a few bands.

International shipping rates

The weight used to calculate shipping is your order's total product weight, plus a 10% buffer, rounded up.

Some product weights are estimates rather than exact measurements, so we build in this margin.

Here's how product prices are determined

On each product page, you can see the Korean price, today's exchange rate, and the price calculated from them — we update the rate daily to match the real market rate.

Examples

- ₩22,500 ÷ ₩1,383 (= $1) = $16.26
