What Santa Here wants is to help you get real value
Our fee is 10% of the purchase amount. That's 10% on top of the sale price or the deal we hunted down — no markup added. Even with the fee, it's often cheaper than buying it yourself from abroad. If you find it cheaper somewhere else, please tell us — we'll dig into how that's possible, and work to make sure you can't find a cheaper deal.
We'd rather help you make a purchase you're actually happy with than push you to buy one more thing. So we don't dress up products with flashy images or hype-y marketing copy. Instead, we give you the information you need to decide, backed by concrete facts. Same with reviews — instead of only the glowing ones, we curate a mix of reviews people found genuinely helpful, with ratings spread across the range.
Right now, since we're just starting out, we have no choice but to charge domestic and international shipping at exactly what they cost, but as Santa Here grows, we intend to bring this cost down, and eventually remove it altogether.

International shipping depends on your country and weight. Since we can't know your order's exact total weight until checkout, we've grouped the carrier's rates into a few bands.

Shipping is a flat fee per country, charged once per order (separate from the item price) — check the exact amount at checkout.
Customs duties apply if your order value exceeds your destination country's duty-free threshold, and you pay them directly to the local carrier — we don't collect them.
If you have an account, check your order's current stage anytime in My Orders under My space. If not, use Find my order to look it up.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 days from order to arrival — an estimate, not a guaranteed window.

You can cancel anytime, instantly and without approval, until the seller starts sourcing your item.
For the products we currently carry, round-trip international shipping usually costs more than the item itself, so we don't offer exchanges. Please double-check your option or size before ordering. However, for orders picked up in Korea, an exchange may be possible if there is enough time remaining in your stay to receive the replacement item.
After delivery, you can request a refund once per order, from My Orders if you have an account or Find my order if you don't. You'll need to give a reason.
Damaged or wrong items are eligible for a full refund, and requesting within 7 days of receipt gets a quick resolution.
Approved refunds are processed right away, though your card issuer's timing may add a delay.
Exchange rates can shift between payment and refund, so the amount you receive in your own currency may differ slightly.
