I don't really get why this is so popular... it's marketed as a new-concept solid cleanser that skips double cleansing, but I'm a bit skeptical so I couldn't fully buy into that. Then the actual usage is what matters, and unlike a regular foam it doesn't lather easily — the solid texture actually makes it awkward to work up foam, and it kept slipping out of my hands in a chunk. Honestly, I'm just not sure about it.

I'm currently unable to use this because it's causing small acne-like bumps. My skin doesn't normally break out, but this alone gave me bumps. I want to get a refund and complain about it — I think it's the ingredients themselves. Worst foam cleanser I've tried so far.
