1. Attribution of referrals

• Purchases made by customers who visit through your referral link are recognized as your referral.
• Attribution is not limited to the product in the link.
• Regardless of which product link brought the customer in, any purchase that follows from that visit is counted as your referral.

2. How long a referral is retained

• Referral records are stored in the customer's browser and are retained for at least 7 days.
• Depending on the customer's browser environment, they may be retained for up to 30 days.
• If the customer visits your referral link again, the retention period restarts from that visit.
• Changes to the retention policy do not apply retroactively to records already stored.

3. Cases not recognized as a referral

• Referrals are not recognized in the following cases, because attribution cannot be technically confirmed:
  • The purchase was made on a different device than the one used to open the link
  • The customer deleted browser cookies or used private/incognito browsing
  • The link was opened in an in-app browser within an SNS app, and the purchase was completed after launching a separate browser
  • The customer visited the site directly, without going through the referral link
  • The purchase was made after the retention period above has expired

4. Traffic not recognized as a referral

• Traffic generated by using our brand name or similar terms as search advertising keywords is not recognized as a referral, and repeated occurrences may result in termination of partner status.

5. Overlapping referrals from multiple partners

• If a customer has gone through referral links from multiple partners, the referral is attributed to the partner whose link was visited last before the purchase.

6. Purchases by the partner themselves

• Purchases made by you, the partner, through your own referral link are also recognized as a referral.

7. Nature of click counts

• Click counts shown on the dashboard are for reference only, and repeat visits by the same visitor may be counted more than once.
• Commissions are calculated based on actual purchases, not clicks.

8. Cancelled or refunded orders

• No commission is generated for orders that are recognized as referrals but are later cancelled or refunded.

9. Suspension of the referral link

• If your partner status is terminated, your referral link becomes invalid immediately, and any subsequent visits or purchases are not recognized as referrals.

10. Settlement Terms

• Your commission is 2% of the total purchase amount.
  • Santa Here's agency fee is 10% of the purchase amount, and applying a 20% rate to that works out to 2% of the total purchase amount.
• Commission is calculated from actual purchases, not clicks. A referred sale becomes eligible for payment after delivery is complete and the applicable refund period has passed.
• Eligible commissions are paid twice each month, on the 1st and 15th.
• If your confirmed commission balance is under US$5, it carries over to the next payout date.
• Payouts are made in US dollars to the payout information you register (PayPal email or country-specific bank account details).

11. Changes to this Agreement

• If we change this Agreement, we will announce the change and its effective date on the site in advance.
