Shipping & Customs Guide

1. Shipping process

• Your order is delivered through the following steps:
  1. Order received: Your order is formed once payment is completed.
  2. Ordered from KR seller: Santa Here purchases the product within Korea.
  3. Arrived at forwarder: The purchased product arrives at the forwarding warehouse in Korea.
  4. Quality check: We verify authenticity and pack the product securely.
  5. International dispatch: The product departs by air freight.
  6. Customs: The product clears customs in the destination country.
  7. Local delivery: The destination country's delivery company completes final delivery.
  8. Delivered: Receipt is confirmed.
• You can check the current stage on your order confirmation screen.

2. Delivery time

• Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days from the order date to completion.
• This is a typical estimate and not a guaranteed period.
• It may take longer in the following cases:
  • Customs review in the destination country takes longer than usual
  • It takes time to obtain the ordered product within Korea
  • Local delivery company conditions or public holidays coincide
  • There is a natural disaster or flight delay
• If it is taking longer than expected, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping cost

• International shipping is charged separately from the product price.
• Shipping is a flat fee that depends on your shipping country, and you can see it together with the product amount in your cart and at checkout.
• If you change your shipping country, the shipping fee and total shown will update accordingly.

4. Customs and duties

• Customs duties and taxes may be charged when the product clears customs in the destination country.
  • Whether charges apply: Each destination country has its own duty-free threshold; if the product's value exceeds that threshold, customs duties and taxes apply.
  • Who is responsible: Any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees charged are your responsibility. Santa Here does not collect or determine these amounts.
  • How to pay: The local delivery company will provide instructions before delivery; once you pay as instructed, delivery proceeds.
  • Recipient information: During customs clearance, the recipient's name, phone number, and address are submitted to customs. If this information is inaccurate, customs clearance may be delayed or the product may be returned.
• Handling of cases where you refuse to pay customs duties and the product is returned or disposed of is governed by the Terms of Service.

5. Tracking your shipment

• If you are logged in with an account, you can check the current shipping stage anytime in My space.
• If you ordered as a guest, you can check the current shipping stage on your order confirmation screen using your order number and the order lookup PIN you set at ordering.
• You can also access it directly from your order confirmation email.
• The international tracking number is shown alongside the shipping stage list once international dispatch begins; once local delivery begins, the local delivery company and tracking number are shown in the recipient information section.
• We also send tracking information to the email you entered when ordering, at the start of international dispatch and local delivery.

6. If there is a problem with your shipment

• Please contact us in the following cases:
  • The order has not arrived well beyond the expected time
  • The shipping stage has not changed for a long time
  • The product arrived damaged
  • A different product arrived than what you ordered
• You can reach us by email inquiry or chat using the inquiry button at the bottom right of the site.
• Exchange or refund for a damaged or mis-shipped product is governed by the Exchange & Refund Terms.

7. Pickup in Korea

• If you pick up your order in Korea, the following differs from the shipping process, shipping cost, and customs guidance above.
  • Your order is delivered through 4 steps.
    1. Order placed: Payment is approved and the order is confirmed.
    2. Purchase from the Korean seller: Santa Here purchases the item domestically in Korea.
    3. Domestic delivery: The courier ships to the location you provided.
    4. Delivery complete: Receipt is confirmed.
  • No international shipping fee is charged. The seller's domestic shipping fee still applies as with a regular order, and is charged unless it's below the seller's free-shipping threshold.
  • Because this is a domestic transaction, no customs process or duties apply.
